Element Wireless acquired by Wisper ISP
Dear Element Wireless customers,
We are excited to announce that Element Wireless has been acquired by Wisper Internet, a leading provider of high-speed internet services. This decision was not made lightly as our top priority is to you, our customers. We believe Wisper will be able to offer improved service, expanded coverage, and enhanced support.
The effective date that Wisper will take over from Element Wireless is May 1, 2024
The effective date that you, as a customer, will be moved over to Wisper systems is June 1, 2024
Prior to June 1, 2024, continue using existing Element Wireless contacts for service, troubleshooting, billing, outages, etc. Starting June 1, 2024 please contact Wisper ISP.

Yes. Your billing date will remain the same during the month of May with Element billing and then will remain on the same billing date after the 6/1/24 Wisper transition date. No change.

Customers will be matched to the most similar Wisper plan based on speeds and price to ensure a smooth transition of service and billing.

Yes. We encourage Auto Pay for your convenience. Set-up of AutoPay with Wisper will need to take place after the June 1, 2024 Wisper transition, as your current AutoPay information will not flow over to Wisper from Element to keep your financial information secure. You will be assigned a new Customer ID# with Wisper. More information will be coming soon on how and when to set up your AutoPay and gain access to your new Wisper Customer ID#.

Wisper will notify customers when equipment upgrades are available. The upgrade process can begin after June 1, 2024, when the business transition is complete. More information will be coming soon on equipment and upgrades.

Yes, any annual payments or pre-payments made with Element will be transferred to Wisper.

The business has reached a stage where it requires a level of investment and expansion we are not positioned to provide. This sale represents a fantastic opportunity for Wisper to scale the business further.
